DESCRIPTION:
Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is a naturally occurring hybrid of spearmint and watermint, often found growing wild along streams and in gardens where it’s made itself at home. Like many mints, it spreads easily along the ground through runners, quickly filling in any space it’s given. Its cooling scent and sharp, refreshing flavor come from menthol—a compound that gives peppermint its well-known soothing and invigorating properties.

HERB/DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Do not use if taking acid blockers: H2 blockers & or PPI’s (Proton-pump inhibitors).
SUGGESTED USE:

I use the peppermint tincture whenever I feel like I need an overall refresh. It’s bright and cleansing. Added benefit is it’s great for freshening breath.
