Refund policy

At Tinctures by Immanuel, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at immanuel@tincturesbyimmanuel.com with a clear photo of the damaged item and your order number. Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for review.

All damage claims will be reviewed at the discretion of the business owner. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns on used, opened, or tampered products.

  • We do not offer refunds on digital gift cards or sale items.

  • Return shipping is not provided unless the error was on our part.
